Repairs

BCR Electronics is a fully accredited repair and service agent for Hisense, LG, SMEG, MIELE and Samsung products, including all warranty repairs undertaken free of charge to our customers.

In addition, BCR Electronics also undertake out of warranty repairs to all makes of appliances, including televisions, sound equipment, decoders, fridges/freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, microwave ovens, stoves and smaller appliances such as kettles, irons and some more. Our non-warranty repair work carries a three-month warranty.

All repair work is done on site in our premises in Mossel Bay by fully qualified and accredited technicians using original equipment (OEM) parts.

Our turnaround times on repairs are boosted by our very significant stock level of parts and spares, kept on site. In need, parts not available in stock can be sourced within 24 to 48 hours for the convenience of our customers.
